You’ll learn the basics of mental fitness, so you can participate with confidence in our group discussions. Within the Inner Circle, we form smaller groups of 2 to 4 members each, who encourage and elevate each other. Optional One-to-One Coaching

Sometimes you need the focused attention of a coach to help you scale the next mountain. I usually require a 4 to 6-month commitment to start a one-to-one coaching engagement. Inner Circle Sessions

These highly interactive live Zoom sessions of 45 to 55-minutes each happen twice per month. Sessions include 15 to 20 minutes of training, offering a deeper dive into one element of the mental fitness framework.

The majority of our time is spent in an engaging discussion as we bring the day’s topic to life. Some sessions include a breakout room with your Small Circle, while others feature group coaching and conversation with the full circle.

Regardless of the specific topic or structure, each Inner Circle session is uplifting, thought-provoking, and relevant.
