Appreciation for the Leaders Who Keep Showing Up
I became a leadership coach almost ten years ago. It wasn’t a perfectly mapped-out plan—it was more like following a whisper. Over the years, that whisper has been tested by doubt, uncertainty, and more than a few sleepless nights.
But what has continually pointed me forward is you—the people who choose growth even when it’s uncomfortable. When you tell me about a new insight, a changed habit, or a conversation that went differently because you showed up with more intention… I feel a surge of gratitude that’s hard to describe.
In those moments, I’m keenly aware that you’re the ones doing the heavy lifting. You’re the ones who face the challenge and choose to grow. My role has simply been to notice, to encourage, and to stand beside you as you keep going.
So today, I wanted to write a simple note of thanks. If you’re reading this, it means you care about who you’re becoming—and that makes us part of the same circle. Whether we’ve worked together or not, I’m glad you’re here.
May this season meet you with joy, steady hope, and people who make you feel seen. Thank you for allowing me to do the work I love.
