Team Development Workshops
Interactive experiences that equip your team with the leadership and relationship skills they need to thrive.
A “learn and return”
approach to workshops
I’ve found that most “one and done” workshops don’t stick. People get excited, but the enthusiasm fades quickly in the hustle of the day-to-day.
Instead of “one and done,” events, I prefer to design “learn and return” workshop series. This approach includes several workshops with time in between each session.
When building workshops, I weave in opportunities for participants to practice, discuss, and challenge the ideas. The “learn and return” approach gives attendees time to integrate and practice what they’ve learned before adding the next layer of learning.

Fearless Feedback
One of my most popular offerings is the Fearless Feedback workshop series where I “untrain” counterproductive feedback strategies and teach:

- How to offer feedback
- How to pivot from feedback into collaborative, future-focused coaching that helps people improve performance

Flexible options for your team
To make workshops accessible for everyone–including remote teams–I offer both virtual and in-person workshop formats.
You can choose the option that works best for your people and workplace. Either way you’ll get an interactive, tailored experience that equips your team with practical leadership tools they can use right away.
I am based in Orlando but travel for in-person workshops to meet my clients’ needs.
A little bit
about me
Coaching is a second act for me, a bold pivot after a successful 30-year marketing career. Of those 30 years, I spent 17 in the produce industry, including leading the marketing team at the National Mango Board (NMB).
It was during my NMB career that I first found a coach to help me navigate a leadership challenge. The experience transformed my leadership style, up-leveled my team’s results and changed my life forever. The coaching process was a fit for me like nothing had been before.
That spark of interest in coaching ignited into a burning passion to help others create meaningful change in their own lives. I'm now a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in their rigorous, year-long program. This highly respected organization has trained more than 150,000 coaches and leaders across the globe over the past three decades. More recently, I've been trained and mentored by Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence, in the life-changing mental fitness framework. As a member of the trailblazing pilot group to test the certification program, I hold certificate #7 as a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
Additional training in neuroscience, team coaching, and other modalities has prepared me to serve my clients through their toughest challenges in leadership and life.
